1. Precise injection via small gates: With gate diameters typically ranging from 0.8 to 2.5 mm, molten plastic is injected into the mold cavity in a concentrated and stable flow, meeting the molding requirements for small, precision parts (such as electronic connectors and micro gears).

2. Minimized gate marks: The needle-point gate leaves only a tiny dot-shaped mark (≤1 mm in diameter) after molding, meeting aesthetic requirements without secondary processing—particularly suitable for transparent or light-colored products.

3. Optimized melt flow: The smooth inner walls of the runner, combined with the small-gate design, reduce flow resistance for high-viscosity plastics (such as PC and PMMA) and minimize the risk of material retention.

4. Compatibility with multi-cavity molds: A single system can integrate multiple needle-point gates, enabling simultaneous injection into multiple cavities within a single mold and improving production efficiency for small parts.
